Everyone sees what matters.
Everything stays connected.
The Manager runs the studio and the Coach prepares classes. The Member journey, still in preparation, aims to enable independent purchasing and booking. Information remains connected, with access tailored to each role.
Your priorities, then the detail.
Essential, Smart and Advanced are three depths of Manager experience: the same product, data, studio workspace and business permissions. They are neither roles nor pricing plans. Smart is the planned default mode.
Availability: Essential and the first Smart components are targeted for the first version. Full Smart is in preparation; full Advanced remains a future development.
The planned Smart journey: SPOT → EXPLAIN → SIMULATE → QUANTIFY → DECIDE. Results are measured after the decision.
- Day-to-day operations PilotScheduling and bookings within the tested pilot scope.
- Offers & booking rules In preparationCatalogue, subscriptions, unpaid amounts and booking rules remain in preparation.
- Understand an indicatorThe planned detailed analysis would make it possible to trace an indicator back to the classes, members or movements behind it.
- Stay in control of actionsEvery important action remains subject to permissions and Manager confirmation.
- Analysis & simulations TrajectoryDiagnosis, simulations, campaigns and recommendations remain future developments, conditional on validation of data and controls.
Concrete scenario: spot an occupancy gap on Tuesday evening, understand possible causes, simulate an option, quantify its estimated effect, then decide. The observed result is tracked afterwards.

Listen after class.
Act without overinterpreting.
The pilot scenario provides a questionnaire after eligible attendance. The Manager follows the aggregated trend, cited dimensions and feedback to review; the Coach only accesses the level authorised by the studio.
Understand the protocolHow was your session?
A short question, asked at the right time — never instead of a human conversation.
Three roles in the studio.
Connected information, tailored access.
Test your assumptions.
Prepare your project.
The public calculator estimates an impact from your assumptions. It is separate from the future Manager simulator.
