The studio reality before the feature
Capacity depends on available equipment.
An unavailable machine reduces the places offered. A full class alone does not tell you whether another session will find its audience.
Waitlist ≠ certain demand
Before opening another time slot, check whether waitlisted people can attend at that time and hold the appropriate offer or credits.
Revenue ≠ margin
A well-attended session is not necessarily profitable. Compare revenue attributable to the class with coach costs and the other costs included.

Frequently asked questions
Does GE2studio manage the number of available Reformers?+
Capacity per session is presented as a pilot. The number of usable machines and the studio's rules must be checked during configuration. Choosing a specific position is a future development.
How is revenue per Reformer calculated?+
First define the period and revenue attributable to sessions. Revenue per machine, revenue per place offered and revenue per attendance are different measures. No margin can be inferred without the corresponding costs.
Is a waitlist enough to justify a new class?+
No. People waiting for a full class are not necessarily available at another time. Compare their needs with machines, coach availability, observed attendance and the costs of an additional session.
