Boutique fitness studio software

Small groups.
A management system that keeps up.

HIIT, cycling, strength training or coaching: your formats have different capacities and costs. GE2studio is developing management tools that respect these differences. Scheduling is in the pilot; offers and the member journey are in preparation.

The studio reality before the feature

Every format has its constraints.

Compare a circuit limited by its stations, a cycling class limited by its bikes and a coaching session. The same fill percentage does not represent the same number of participants.

01

Multiple formats

For each session, specify usable stations or equipment, the required coach and the time needed between classes.

02

Commercial rhythm

An introductory offer may be limited to certain classes or a first visit. Make these conditions clear before registration.

03

Frequent decisions

Before moving a class, compare its bookings, attendance and costs with sessions of the same format and comparable duration.

The GE2studio journey

Compare like with like.

Prepare two classes with different formats for the demonstration. Check their individual rules before comparing results; Manager analysis and simulations remain future developments.

Which time should you choose?

The 18:30 class is filling less well. The public calculator lets you estimate an impact from your assumptions; it does not automatically recommend a time.

Fictional data · no calculation performed
What I observeIn this fictional example, Tuesday attendance is declining. Before moving the class, compare sessions of the same format, the capacity offered and possible check-in gaps.
Factors to examine
  • format
  • Coach
  • time
  • member visit frequency
Options to compare
  • targeted follow-up
  • move the class
  • one-off offer to scope
Compare before deciding

For each option, note capacity, assumed attendance, revenue used and additional costs. Also compare keeping the class unchanged and an assumption of lower demand.

Capabilities and availability

What the journey connects.
Without obscuring availability.

These scenes use fictional data and calculate no results. Scheduling is presented in the pilot; other features retain their stated status. The available scope is confirmed before go-live.
