The data migration, configuration and support included in the quote.
The modules and integrations needed for your use cases, with their availability.
Any payment or communication charges, identified separately.
Mock-ups and fictional figures illustrate the product, not a real client or availability. The statuses below and the scope in the quote are the reference.
AvailableA feature usable within the confirmed scope. Appearing among planned developments is not enough to give it this status.
PilotA feature integrated into a controlled environment; configuration, testing and approval are still needed before go-live.
In preparationA feature still in development, integration or testing. No availability date is promised.
TrajectoryA future or conditional development, with no contractual commitment on availability or timing.
Manager experience
Essential targets a view centred on daily operations. Smart is designed to prepare a decision. Advanced is planned for deeper analysis. They are three depths of Manager experience, neither three roles nor three pricing plans: the same studio workspace, data and business permissions.
Smart is the planned default mode: spot, explain, simulate, quantify, decide. Results are measured after the decision.
Scheduling and bookings form the foundation of the project. Additions are assessed according to your needs and their development status.
Operational foundation
Define studio rules, then adapt them by activity, class series, session and purchased right.
Show what a purchase allows someone to book, its validity period and restrictions, before payment and then booking.
Plan shared tracking of member requests and coach lateness, absences or cover, under human control.
Distinguish credits used, amounts collected and attendance; compare coach activity while accounting for context.
The integrated foundation remains in the pilot. Features in preparation and future developments are distinguished below; none is presented as generally commercially available.
Integrated foundation; features to configure and test before go-live.
Integrated foundation; studio settings, testing and activation approval are still required.
Applying rules by activity, class series, session and purchased right remains in preparation.
Allowed places, named beneficiary and booking windows specific to each right still need to be finalised and tested.
Choosing an offer, paying, receiving booking rights, then booking: the journey still needs to be finalised.
The time allowed to decline a place and the reallocation cut-off still need validation.
