The studio reality before the feature

Regular classes and workshops: distinct rules.

Prepare three cases: a weekly class with a subscription, a workshop with dedicated registration and a drop-in session. Their access and cancellation rules may differ.

Classes and workshops

Define each format's duration, level and capacity. A longer workshop does not automatically inherit the rules of a weekly class.

Passes and subscriptions

Specify whether the card covers the workshop, how many sessions it provides and until when. A restriction must be understood before booking.

Real attendance

Compare bookings with recorded attendance. Missing check-in data does not prove a no-show; a cancellation remains a separate event.

Scheduling is presented as a pilot for recurring or one-off formats. The chosen durations, levels, capacities and registration rules must be confirmed with the studio.

Does GE2studio require a mobile app?

The planned member experience is accessible in a browser, including on phones. Purchase, booking and tracking journeys remain in preparation; no native app is required in this target experience.

How does GE2studio analyse a Yoga time slot?

Time-slot analysis is a future development. The example proposes comparing the time, style, level and period with available bookings and attendance. A variation alone does not prove its cause.
