Frequently asked questions

Can GE2studio create recurring classes?

The pilot scheduling foundation organises activities, recurring classes and sessions in a controlled environment. Activation, settings and tests are approved studio by studio.

Can a coach or capacity be changed for a single session?

Advanced rules are designed to allow an exception for a specific session without recreating the activity. This remains in preparation; no general availability has been announced.

Is the waitlist automatic?

Automatic allocation of places and the associated cut-off times are in preparation. Activation will depend on validated rules, booking rights and journey testing.

Can subscribers book before other members?

Subscription- or pass-based priority is part of the advanced rules in preparation. It will only be presented as available once the rule, interface and exceptional situations have been validated.

Does GE2studio distinguish bookings, no-shows and attendance?

The model distinguishes these events to separate booked demand from actual occupancy. A missing check-in alone does not prove absence. Indicators depend on the available data and the tested, validated scope.
