Booking rate
Retained bookings ÷ published placesMeasures booked demand at an explicit cut-off date. It does not measure attendance.
Specify how cancellations are treated and the period used.A KPI is only comparable when its numerator, denominator, period and source remain explicit. This page sets out the public principles used in GE2studio demonstrations.
Which occurrence or table produces the value?
Which events are included in the calculation?
What proportion of the period and population can be used?
Fact, estimate, simulation or assumption?
The studio's contractual or regulatory conventions may require an adaptation. Every adaptation must be versioned.
Measures booked demand at an explicit cut-off date. It does not measure attendance.
Specify how cancellations are treated and the period used.Measures actual use of the reference capacity.
Do not replace actual capacity with an arbitrary commercial capacity.Measures bookings that remained active but whose member did not attend.
Distinguish no-shows, late cancellations and unrecorded attendance.Tracks a defined cohort over time using a stable activity rule.
The time window and definition of active must be visible.Measures departure using a consistent population and period.
Do not mix chosen expiry, non-payment and inactivity.Compares one or more assumptions using the same KPIs and a fixed baseline.
A simulation is neither an observed fact nor a guaranteed prediction.A projection must display its baseline, assumptions, horizon, coverage and, when calculable, confidence level.
A Coach, time slot or activity may be associated with a discrepancy without having caused it. GE2studio favours the terms “associated factors”, “contributing signals” and “assumptions to test” until a protocol supports going further.
It must consider the period, occurrences, critical fields and reconciliation quality.
It is displayed only when a calculable, documented method exists. Otherwise: “not calculable”.
GE2studio will publish benchmarks only with a sufficient sample, robust anonymisation, established permissions and a documented method. No actual performance figure is currently presented as a market benchmark.
