Data collected
Demo or migration request: name, work email, studio, country, priority and, if provided, discipline, number of locations, current tool, timeline and context.
Online demo booking: name, email, studio, country, phone and message if provided, chosen time slot. The appointment is recorded in the website administration and in GE2studio’s Google Calendar.
Calculator result sent by email: email address, figures entered and calculated result, to send you that result. This information is only used to contact you if you ticked the corresponding box.
Callback request: name, phone number, preferred time, studio or project if provided, and the page where the request was made.
Website assistant: questions are processed only in your browser, by searching the FAQ and public pages. They are not sent to GE2studio, passed to an AI service or stored.
Internal audience measurement: aggregated counters (page viewed, source type, calculator use, demo click, form submission). No IP address, identifier or link to forms is kept.
Abuse protection: IP address and contact identifier are turned into technical fingerprints (HMAC-SHA-256) kept for 10 and 5 minutes, never stored in clear.
Technical logs: the host temporarily records the IP address, requested URL and browser to keep the service secure.
