Access rights before balance

A payment, a credit and a booking.

A pack, a subscription, a payment, a booking and an attendance describe different things. Connecting them without confusing them makes the balance and actual use of offers understandable.

Pack and subscription

A pack contains consumable units. A subscription provides an entitlement linked to a period.

Balance and history

Grants, debits, recredits, expiry and corrections must retain their source.

Payment and usage

A received payment does not prove attendance. A booking does not measure actual occupancy either; that depends on verified attendance and published capacity.

What is the difference between a credit and a subscription?

A credit is a unit usable according to the rules and validity of its batch. A subscription grants an entitlement over a period and, when recurring, also depends on its billing status. Exact rules must be configured and tested for the studio.

Does GE2studio already manage recurring payments?

The catalogue, entitlements and credit history form a pilot foundation in a controlled environment. The complete member journey, payments and recurring subscriptions remain in preparation. Activation requires configuration, testing and approval.

Can different booking rules apply depending on the entitlement held?

Entitlement-based rules are planned for booking priority, multi-place bookings, opening times and cancellation consequences. This feature remains in preparation, with no promised availability date.

Does GE2studio replace accounting software?

No. GE2studio aims to connect offers, entitlements, payments and their operational use. Accounting entries and revenue recognition rules remain governed by the studio's validated financial methods.
